Turkeyneck is a man from The Sad, Sad Tale of Chickenfoot who lives in an apartment in the Sweaty Pits complex. He seems convinced that kids are always after his "lucky neck meats," so he conceals his fowl complexion in a trenchcoat. This vast expanse of neck meat resembles that of a turkey, hence his name. He is a possible parody of Lucky, the mascot for Lucky Charms; Turkeyneck shares the leprechaun's Irish accent, and stated that children are "always after me lucky neck-meats," much like how the children are always after Lucky the leprechaun's Lucky Charms. He was voiced by Fred Tatasciore.
