Svetlana Gredenko was a female Human/Rigelian hybrid Starfleet officer serving in the late 24th century. By 2381, she served as an operations officer aboard the USS Aventine. During the Borg Invasion of 2381, the Aventine scouted several subspace tunnels emanating from the Azure Nebula. After traversing one of those tunnels, the Aventine ended up in a portion of the Delta Quadrant, where they discovered a vast debris field of nearly identical material; Gredenko scanned the debris and confirmed it as Borg.
