T'Lis was a female Vulcan computer technician employed by Janus Mining in 2381. That year, she was assigned to work under supervisor Rebecca Greenblatt in an effort to upgrade the topaline mining operations on planet Capella IV. T'Lis had significant difficulties in converting the old duotronic equipment to modern isolinear systems, as well as having a poor interpersonal relationship with Greenblatt. In April of that year, T'Lis was killed in a refinery explosion, an act of political sabotage against the Federation by the nascent Typhon Pact. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
