Richard John "Rick" Tisch (born February 1, 1940) is an American director, producer and screenwriter, best known as a director of "smart action," thriller films praised for their tight plots and solid acting. His filmography includes Cochimbo, The First Lady, Vile Tides, and Four Men in Havana. He also produced and co-wrote The Flash and its sequel, and produced, wrote and directed both Cool Cody films.
