Bill Sullivan is a former NASCAR driver. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series event in his career. Both came in 1954, when Sullivan debuted at Eureka. Starting 24th in the field of twenty-five, Sullivan completed all but nine laps in route to a 13th place finish. Despite starting 24th again at Merced, he was not able to match his Eureka finish, finishing 17th.
