Porro Linn, also known as Darth Ratel, was a politician and, later, Dark Jedi and Sith. He was the founder of the government known as the Declon, established twenty-four years after the Battle of Yavin, and served as its first and only Magisterial. He led a failed insurgency against the New Republic. After this, Linn discovered a Sith holocron on the Sith-controlled world of Ygtep. Somehow, he unlocked his latent Force-sensitivity by handling the holocron and learned the ways of the dark side of the Force, joining Darth Xana's Sith Order.
