Jin Zhāng is the current head of the secret organization known as the White Lotus Society. He is a triad gang leader who owns several casinos in the Portuguese colony of Macau, and also has several government officials in his pocket. He is believed to be the Buddha Maitreya, a foretold being who would come to the Earth, enlighten, and bring everyone together as one family.
