The Higgins Hotel was built in Grantville sometime between 1632 and 1633, and was owned by Delia Higgins. The hotel consists of a mid-rise, which held shops, the hotel lobby, the restaurant, a lounge, and the movie theater. And also a conference center, with both conference rooms and hospitality suites. Through the lobby is a rectangular inner courtyard, which led to a high-rise (nicknamed "the tower"). While during the early phase of construction, the hospitality suites were rented out at outrageous prices to extravagant visitors, who wanted to make an impression.
