The Axereaver (アクスバスター Akusu basutā, lit. Axe Buster) is a Lance that is exclusive to the GBA titles of the Fire Emblem Series. A fairly powerful and accurate lance, the Axereaver is, like its name suggests, one that is imbued with the ability to reverse the Weapon Triangle, a fact that makes it strong against Axes but weak against Swords. This rule is further confounded should the given enemy target wield one of the reaver weapons aligned to the other weapon categories.
