I'm going to be honest here, PB does not need more senior warriors to get things done. What it needs is for the existing ones to quit slacking and do their jobs. That's it. I know you are all active; I've seen you in other projects. It wouldn't kill you to keep up with the nominations like you are supposed to. I have no doubt that Bird would do her job and do it well, but that doesn't change what the rest of you need to do.
