Kara Plain is owned by Baal Stroud, who can teach the miner profession. The ecosystem has three conditions: Between 450 and 750 crops, between 150 to 450 trees, and between 100 to 200 Bliblis. When one condition is met, Stroud gives +10% to air damage when two are met, and +20% to air damage when three are met.
