Fandor Jelt was a male Bajoran. Fandor was the Minister of Defense of Bajor. In 2377, First Minister Asarem Wadeen contacted Minister Fandor with word of an Ascendant fleet that was on its way to Bajor and to begin to fortify the planet's defenses.
