The Touhou Nico Dousai (東方ニコ童祭) is an annual event on Nico Nico Douga where people participate in the form of videos and other media. The fifth edition for 2013 decided to hold a popularity contest along with it. Unlike the Touhou Wiki Poll, the Nico polls hosts the popular characters and music from each "Era" (PC-98, First Windows Generation, Second Windows Generation), along with the most popular parings.
