Lieutenant Frank Tremar Sibly Menendez (26 January 1896–27 February 1973) was a World War I flying ace credited with six aerial victories. The notice of his death, which occurred in an Eastbourne nursing home on 27 February 1973, stated he was a retired civil servant.
