The unnamed Security Guard was placed in Weatherfield Community Library when it was threatened with closure in July 2014 but neither he nor his bosses hadn't reckoned on the determination of Yasmeen Nazir who organised a sit-in on its final day with Emily Bishop, Mary Taylor, Craig Tinker and Roy Cropper. The five crept into the premises to find the guard waiting for them impassively but they nevertheless took their places on chairs with a homemade banner and took a selfie which Yasmeen put on to social media.
