Algeria is slowly recovering from decades of civil unrest, and so its tourism infrastructure is not yet well-developed. As a result there do not appear to be many five star restaurants available in Algeria as present. There is however a five star restaurant attached to the Hilton Alger Hotel in Algiers, called Sara.
