Usagi's personality in the anime is slightly different to that of the manga; Despite being the leader of the Sailor Senshi, her personality isn't that of a leader or a warrior. She was a bit selfish and retains very childish behavior. She's very much a crybaby, and was lazy, clumsy, and an academic underachiever. She failed every test, like when getting a thirty percent on her english test in the first episode. Instead of studying to improve her grades, she spends her free time very unproductively, like reading manga, playing video games, or sleeping. Usagi is emotionally sensitive and cries very easily despite her age. The title of the first episode even addresses her as a crybaby. Yet, despite all those character flaws, she still somehow manages to undermine every villain she faces. She
