The Medicine Scent is a scent from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It can be found in the Medical Clinic after moving a crate. At some point prior to Link's arrival at the clinic, Doctor Borville spilled medicine on Ilia's Wooden Statue, which he had taken from her when she came to be treated for amnesia. He placed the statue outside to dry, where it was in turn stolen by Louise, the cat of Telma. It was then ironically stolen from Louise by Stalhounds south of Hyrule Castle Town. When Link acquires the scent, he can follow its bright green trail to the area near Telma's Bar, where Louise is waiting. If Link does not obtain the scent, Louise will not be there.
