Niall Piv was a Twi'lek male slicer who worked for the Republic Strategic Information Service during the Cold War and the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. A friend of Jonas Balkar, Piv worked with Balkar and Havoc Squad on Nar Shaddaa during the SpecForce Incident.
