Donald Trautmann is the 82nd Governor-General of Greater Hulstria. From 3217 to 3221 Trautmann served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. During his tenure as Governor-General Donald Truatmann engaged heavily in advancing Hulstrian diplomatic relations with the Kingdom of Dranland and co-wrote the Pfathzburg Accords that would be signed between the two monarchies. His administration was also an advocate for South Majatran demilitarization; Greater Hulstria under his administration took part in the historic "South Majatra Conference", helping draft the South Ocean Demilitarization & Cooperation Agreement.
