A pulse code was a type of encrypted signal used to transmit anything from precious information to exact coordinates from the source of the code to any specific receiver in range. Peacekeepers used pulse codes for military purposes and espionage. When John Crichton was under the control of the neurochip, he sent a pulse code to Peacekeepers in an attempt to have Moya and Talyn captured. ("Die Me, Dichotomy")
