It is possible that this card could be a homage to Kisara, as she also had "Blue-eyes", "pale-skin" and "Pale-hair". It was thought that she contained the soul of Blue-eyes, along with this cards effect it seems very similar as whenever this card is attacked or targeted it allows you to summon a Blue eyes from your grave or deck.
