Mr. Bobo was Dr. Robotnik's beloved pet cockroach. He has never appeared in person, although a picture of him is seen in the episode. Robotnik keeps a photograph of Mr. Bobo and misses him a great deal, becoming teary-eyed whenever he thinks about him.
