The Broom Administration is a division of the Office of Transportation of the Department of Magical Affairs. It is responsible for the regulation of broomsticks in Wizarding America. It insures that saftey features be installed on all commercially available brooms. Flying carpets also fall under the jurisdiction of the Broom Administration.
