Kristov III was the son of Count Kristov II and Celeste I. Kristov II was the longest serving High Count of Beluzia, while Celeste was born to a noble family in Telamon. When Celeste was pregnant, Beluzia was in a state of political instability. She ran away to Telamon with her husband, Kristov II. Kristov III was born and raised there until his grandfather's death. He returned to Beluzia and sat on the federal council as early as age 12, since that was the youngest age anyone in Beluzia could be considered an adult. He was a Count of Iker Ado.
