Black Dart Urvyn is a Dunmer commoner in The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal. He lives in Old Mournhold: Temple Sewers West with other members of The Black Dart Gang. He and his fellow gang members mugged Narisa Adus and killed her husband. During the quest The Black Dart Gang the Nerevarine helps Narisa Adus and her dead husband take revenge against Black Dart Urvyn and his gang.
