If you feel rushed every morning, it can set a bad precedent for the remaining day. If you would like to put the brakes on and start breathing more deeply, it is probably a good time to start right now. Consider what you would like to do with extra time saved in the morning. Would you like to sleep in longer? Would you like to read a favourite novel? Or, maybe you would like to just have some peaceful time to yourself before leaving the house. Having some good reasons to motivate you is the first step to feeling more enthused about instituting an easy regimen to find more time.
