Lucy Royce is the president of the network as seen in The Muppets. She first appeared in "Swine Song" to assign Pache as a branding guru for Up Late with Miss Piggy. Although Pache's ideas are dismissed by Kermit the Frog, she still credits him with the success of the new format.
