All-though it is the lowest level Tool Store, it is usually considered the most useful, due to hammers and saws being used in Construction, and if you forget your hammer/saw, you can just get one for free. This can also be used to bring extra building materials; If you fill your inventory with building supplies, intentionally forgetting your hammer/saw, when you get to your POH, just drop 2 building supplies, grab a hammer and saw, build something, then pick them back up.
