(ENT: "Dear Doctor") This planet was named after executive producer Brannon Braga's assistant and Star Trek: Enterprise writer, Terry Matalas. (Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 2, p. 26) ) The event might be set in the unidentified war in which Phlox served.
