Doug Loveless was the twin brother of Cassandra Davina. They had an incestuous sexual relationship by which Benson and Stabler were disgusted. During one of their scams in Miami, Doug stabbed a swinger named Claude Bailey after draining his bank account. They were both con artists who went from state to state cheating middle-aged men. He was stabbed and killed by Cassandra's lover, Jerry Bullard, whom she and Doug were cheating money out of. Jerry is currently serving life imprisonment for murder in the first degree.
