A Cybrarian is the common name for the ruler of the Supreme Archives; the official title for this position is Supreme Archon. The original title, used by the ruler of the recently-destroyed nation of Intelligentsia, was Librarian, so-called to reflect the capitol city's status as more of a massive library of data than a traditional government capitol. However, it was the lax attitude toward governance inherent in that title that led to the downfall of Intelligentsia. Thus, when the Supreme Archives was formed after the takeover of the United States Air Force base at Groom Dry Lake in Nevada the title was changed to Cybrarian.
