Angela Ruskin Jane is the mother of Charlotte Anne Jane and was Patrick Jane's wife. Both Angela and her daughter were murdered by Red John after Jane taunted him on a television show. Angela grew up with her brother Danny in the same carnival world as Patrick Jane. She refuses to live in the carnival life. She marries Patrick Jane and goes to live with him and her daughter, Charlotte, in the Malibu residence. Before the Red John's incident, she begs Jane to stop playing the fake psychic but Jane doesn't care about it because he earns a lot of money in his job.
