Robert Dominick was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the People's Navy. Holding the rank of Commodore, he was the commanding officer of the mission to evaluate the new crippler technology in the Silesian Confederacy. He was killed when his flagship, PNS Vanguard, was destroyed in an explosion caused by wedge contact with the remote-controlled freighter RMMS Dorado.
