Shurik Lyubuv was an officer of the Srav Federation during the Cruentusian War. A former kommissar, he was promoted to governor of Sevastopolitan and given official military duties as a result of his direction of several successful intelligence operations. To his misfortune, he bore the blunt of the initial Taung attack on the Srav Federation, but escaped and managed to inform Srav command of their new enemy.
