Double-Action Climax form is an ending theme (ED) from Kamen Rider Den-O & Kiva: Climax Deka. It was performed by Seki Toshihiko, Yusa Kouji, Terasoma Masaki, Suzumura Kenichi, and Ootsuka Houchuu. Like the other Double-Action songs, it features the actor for Ryotaro Nogami and the relevant Taros Imagin, in this case all four of them.
