After graduating from the musicals, Yuu has become quite famous. He has acted in the Prince of Tennis musicals as Kunimitsu Tezuka, as well as in the live-action film. He has also appeared in some dramas, other stage productions, and movies, and he appears regularly in magazines and journals. He is currently signed to Avex Trax, and Yuu has released two solo EP albums, a solo albums for the Prince of Tennis musical, and three albums with the D-Boys, as well as his performances with the Sailor Moon musicals when he was younger. Yuu has also released 5 DVDs and 5 photobooks.
