Demon Troopers are the most common demon enemies in Act III of Diablo III, the major bulk, backbone and cannon fodder of Azmodan's Army of Sin. In Act V, they are replaced by Warscarred Marauders with the same characteristics. During fights with Azmodan and the Siegebreaker, a large number of Demon Troopers will support them, arriving endlessly, but their tide can be halted by destroying the sources of their reinforcements. In the Treasure Realm, a variant of Demon Troopers called Sentries can be found.
