Nintendo is seriously one of the few major companies not being effected by this credit crisis. They're soaring to the top and are still making records. Nintendo just announced that they've sold 84.33 Nintendo DS units worldwide, compared to that of 81.36 million units of the GBA! Yes, the DS has officially surpassed the juggernaut that is the GBA in sales, and with the upcoming DSi unit it's sure to even go farther. Meanwhile Nintendogs has sold a whopping 20 million units worldwide (note: I actually have two copies of this game!) and 8.7 million copies of Wii Fit. Meanwhile the Wii has sold an outstanding 34.55 million units - after all this time it's still a challenge to find the console in stores. Also of note: Nintendo's profits are up 36%.
