Ray Doppel is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series. He looks and sounds like Dino Spumoni, but Ray Doppel is "the Dino Simulation" — a Dino impersonator. He tried to fill the void opened by Dino's death, but when it turned out Dino wasn't dead after all, Ray was reduced to playing in small clubs.
