Wrongway was a ramshackle prospector town on the shores of the Sea of Gold in Assail. Situated in a swamp, indefensible location, the town's original inhabitants were driven off by mobs of foreign fortune hunters. Lying Gell was the self proclaimed Baron of Wrongway, choosing the town's new name for his own amusement. He ruled with the help of about 300 toughs and strongarms and they collected docking fees as one source of revenue.
