Lhanuch was a Dunlending village in Nan Laeglin in northern Dunland.The local Dunlendings were affiliated to the Uch-Lûth tribe and had built their clan-hold on the ruins of an older settlement which had been known as Ysmeden in the days of old Cardolan.
