Castille de los Ojos ("Castle of the Eyes") is a massive estate once owned by Cecil Moore on Coyote Trail in Calexico, California that was the boyhood home of LAPD Narcotics detective Calexico Moore. The Castle is so named because of a looming tower with two arched windows that, when lit, had the appearance of eyes looking out over Calexico. Upon Cecil's death, the Castle was bequeathed to the city of Calexico, but the upkeep on the estate proved too expensive, and the Castle was sold to a buyer in Los Angeles.
