Ana's Biotic Rifle is able to heal teammate, also inflict damage to enemies by shooting biotic syringes. Primary fire is a projectile, while secondary fire is a hitscan and allows her to use scope. When shooting with scope, the shot leave a trail leading back to you, similar to Widowmaker's Widow's Kiss secondary fire. If Ana hits an ally, each shot will heal 75 HP, and it will slowly fill up over 1 second period. When hitting enemy, each shot will deal 60 HP and it also will also damage over 1 second.
