The Extra Ringwraith is exactly what it sounds like: a fan-created addition to the canonical nine Ringwraiths. Likely bears one of the Extra Rings of Power and may or may not coincide with a Tenth Walker. Sometimes, they will not look or act like an actual Ringwraith.
