Angarraken was a Reman who lived in the 24th century. In 2381, Angarraken was hired by Romulan Praetor Tal'Aura to assassinate Federation Ambassador Spock on Romulus and to implicate Empress Donatra of the Imperial Romulan State. Spock was able to fight off and incapacitate the Reman before he could carry out his objectives and decided to turn Angarraken over to the authorities. When delivered to Romulan Security the lead officer, R'Jul, killed the Reman with a biological poison to further implicate Donatra. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Rough Beasts of Empire)
