The Blue Shields were a fighting religious cult sworn to Togg and based in Elingarth. They were a brother order to the Grey Swords. They wore heavy "banded hauberks of iron with iron greaves and vambraces". Over their hauberks they wore a white tabard decorated with a triangular pale blue shield symbol.
