The teacher of Cat and Mouse Chase School is a tall, rotund caucasian man with a pale skin complexion and short auburn hair. His job is of teaching the team of cats to catch mice and teaching the team of mice to evade from cats during a chase. However, his plans don't always work out very well, and the students on opposing sides can be very difficult to handle. He tells his students to settle down while the student teachers, Tom and Jerry are trying to demonstrate. He also suffers from despair and after threatening to call the police on the students, a pan of pie landed right in his face when they all disagreed with what would happen to them if the racket doesn't stop.
