The Moon Festal (冬祭 Fuyu matsuri, lit. Winter Festival) is a Rod that is introduced in Fire Emblem Fates. A Rod that is fashioned to embody the season of winter, the Moon Festal, as compared to its Staff counterpart, Recover, has a low number of uses to compensate for its strong healing capabilities.
