Originally Hero may have been meant to live as she has grandparents in her family tree and her parents died as adults like all deceased parents of living Veronaville Sims. Another hint towards this is her nephews Mercutio and Romeo recognize her as their aunt which is impossible without editing as she is a relative by marriage, and this only happens otherwise (with the exception of Olivia Monty and Caliban Capp) among living pre-made Sims. Also, she is one of the first Sims to be created in Veronaville. It is also hinted in the family bio along with her husband and son's bios that she might have been a casualty in the feud between the Capps and Montys.
